We don't sell your data, and we don't use your recordings or transcripts to train our own models. Soundfox also has an optional privacy filter you can switch on to keep things like passwords and card numbers out of your transcripts.
- No, not by default. Soundfox transcribes your speech as you talk and discards the audio once your text is ready, so there's no recording left sitting on a server. Your finished transcripts are saved to your history so you can search and reuse them, and you can delete them whenever you want. If you'd also like to keep the audio, you can turn on audio storage in the desktop settings, but it stays off unless you enable it.
