- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard's Billing page at any moment. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you've already paid for.
- Your dictation hotkey returns a friendly error until the start of the next calendar month, when your budget resets. You can keep using the dashboard, history, expansions, personas, and any text you've already dictated — nothing is locked or deleted. On Pro and Ultra you can buy a refill pack to top up immediately (refill seconds never expire), or upgrade for a bigger monthly budget.
- No. Sign up with email or a connected account and start dictating immediately. We only ask for a card when you upgrade to Pro or Ultra.
- Pro and Ultra can buy one-time seconds packs (1 hour, 6 hours, or 24 hours) from the Billing page. Refill seconds never expire and are only drawn down after your monthly budget is used up, so they're always there as a safety net.
- Yes — there's no contract or minimum term on Pro or Ultra. Cancel from the Billing page or the customer portal and you'll keep paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, then drop to the Free tier with no further charges.
- If you cancel within 7 days of upgrading and aren't satisfied, email us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After that window, your subscription runs to the end of the period and then ends.
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
- Yes. Audio streams to Deepgram for transcription and is discarded immediately — we never store the raw audio unless you explicitly opt in to keep recordings in your own R2 bucket. Polished text is stored on your account so the dashboard history and AI Enhance can reference it, and you can delete any session at any time.
- Everything in Ultra, plus SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace), SCIM provisioning, a custom Data Processing Agreement, audit logs, a dedicated account manager, and tailored security controls. Reach out via the Speak to sales button and we'll get back to you within one business day.
