How to report abuse or illegal content

• Submit a ticket using the button below and tell us what happened.
• Describe the content, account, or behaviour involved and why you believe it is illegal, harmful, or in breach of our Terms or policies.
• Include any helpful supporting material, such as links, screenshots, timestamps, or copies of any relevant notices.

How to appeal a moderation decision

If we restrict your account, remove content, or take another moderation action and you believe it was incorrect, you can appeal by replying to the notice we sent you, or by submitting a ticket and clearly stating that you are appealing a moderation decision:

• Tell us which decision you are appealing and when it was made.
• Identify the affected content, output, or account.
• Explain why you believe the decision should be changed, and provide any supporting information.

What happens next

We review reports and appeals as promptly as reasonably possible, with human oversight where appropriate. We may request more information, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, restrict accounts, uphold or reverse a moderation decision, or contact the relevant authorities where the law requires.

We keep reports and appeals confidential as far as reasonably possible, but we may need to share information internally, with affected users, or with authorities when necessary to investigate a matter, protect rights, or comply with the law.
